Winchester lost to Muncie Southside, 18-25, 12-25, 20-25
Winchester played well in spurts but just can't seem to get the job all the way done. Inconsistent hitting and serving plagued the team tonight.

Winchester defeated by Jay County in 3; 20-25, 17-25, 21-25.
Highlights: Steph Geeting led the team with 100% serving, including an ace and also dished out 10 assists. Megan Culy hit 5 kills with Morgan Stohler adding 4 while Sarah Hamm contributed 10 blocks. Erin Lewis led in passing with 16 digs.
**I feel like we just played sort of flat tonight. We had a couple of girls who were off and just couldn't gain the momentum that we needed to get & stay ahead. Jay County has some very tall players who blocked us pretty effectively. We hope to rebound on Wednesday at Daleville. The team is now 7-12.

We were disappointed in our loss to Randolph Southern, but the girls played very well. Southern is a very talented team and it would mean a lot to us to be able to beat them. I am very pleased with how the girls played and in their ability to be mentally tough and play through some ups & downs without getting discouraged and giving up. We have made tremendous progress this season and will continue to do so. The team record is 7-11.
